By authenticating with the Jarvis Workspace application via Google OAuth 2.0, the operator (the single authorized user, help.me.up.95@gmail.com) agrees to these terms. The application is a private personal tool and is not offered to any third party.
Jarvis Workspace is a personal AI assistant that integrates with Google Workspace APIs (Calendar, Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Tasks, Forms, Apps Script, Chat, Contacts, Custom Search) to assist the operator with daily productivity tasks. The application runs locally on the operator's machine and is not publicly accessible.
The application is intended solely for the operator's personal productivity. The operator agrees not to use the application to:
The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The operator is solely responsible for outputs generated by the underlying AI model and for actions taken based on those outputs. AI-generated content may contain errors, hallucinations, or omissions.
In no event shall the developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or AI-generated content errors.
The application uses third-party services including Google Workspace APIs and Anthropic Claude. The operator's use of these services is also subject to their respective terms:
The operator may stop using the application and revoke OAuth access at any time. Revocation immediately ends the application's ability to access Google data.
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance.
